Description: The battlemage T’Shazz was still dungeon crawling well into her seventies with the benefit of this spell. Unwilling to simply allow her body to decay around her, T’Shazz developed this spell which, although not halting the aging process, ensured that she retained the strength and vitality of her youth. Casting this spell negates all the strength, dexterity and constitution losses caused by aging.
Casting this spell takes one full week, with eight uninterrupted hours spent casting each day. During this week of activity the caster may undertake no other casting, if they do the spell and all the components used are ruined and they must begin again. When the spell is completed the caster looks no different, but all the stats they lost due to growing old are return, plus they retain any intelligence and wisdom bonuses they have gained. Note that this spell in no way extends the caster’s life, it merely improves the quality of their remaining life.
The material components for this spell are any large gem worth not less than 20,000gps into which the negative effects of aging are placed. Upon completion, or failure, of the spell, this gem crumbles into dust.
