Jewellery Generation
Tables
The Jewellery Generation Tables were created by Dragonpearl and The Content Imp to give a bit more flavour to the treasure tables found in the DMG. Whenever a roll on the treasure table results in a gem you can instead decide that it is a piece of jewellery and roll on the tables below, or use them as a guide for creating jewellery or as a price list for players who want jewellery custom made for them.
The Additions an item has is the number of objects added to the item, such as diamonds in the case of wealthy items and clay beads or feathers in the case of poor items. The Additions tables reflect the most likely adornments an object will have so by using these tables a ring made of grass could never hold a gemstone, while a crown of platinum will never be studded with glass beads. The least an item can ever cost is 1 copper piece and the most is more than 400,000 gold pieces.

Roll 1d100+50 and multiply the
value of the item by the decimal equivalent.
For example 1d100+50=134, the decimal equivalent is 1.34. So rolls of less than 100 indicate poor craftsmanship
and reduce the value of the item, while rolls over 100 indicate superior
craftsmanship and increase its value.
